This is an Observational Documentary I filmed and edited for my Digital Filmmaking class Sophomore year. My good friend has a passion for music, especially in a physical medium. This specifically applies to vinyl records. He makes YouTube videos about records he loves and dives deep into the history of production and influence each record brings.
I made this graphic as part of an assignment for my Digital Aesthetics class. The assignment was to design a new header logo for my school's student publication site, HawkChill. The site itself is relatively minimalistic, so I wanted to have a minimalistic yet creative design. I modeled the tower for the letter "I" after the Barbelin Hall Tower on our campus. I designed and edited this graphic in Adobe Photoshop.
The past semester I studied abroad in London, England. While I was there I got in the habit of buying disposable FujiFilm Cameras. I think I went through at least 5 of them while I was there, so I have a large collection of developed film photographs of my travels around Europe. This a picture I took while in Paris with my Mother and Aunt.
This picture was taken at Lake Wallenpaupak in the Mount Pocono Region of Pennsylvania. I set my camera up on a Gorilla-Pod and set a timer. This picture was my attempt at replicating the pose musician Eddie Vedder made on the cover of his album he made for the Into the Wild Soundtrack. I edited this picture in Adobe Lightroom as well.
